Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are preferred so we can give you the time and attention required to select the right products for you as well as achieve a perfect fit for your body type.

How long is my appointment?

Your appointment will last from 1-2 hours.

Do you sell women’s clothing?

We sell women’s custom clothing by appointment with David Eisele Sr.

Are my measurements kept for future orders?

Yes, your detailed measurements will be kept on file.

Do you accept outside alterations?

Yes, we are taking outside alterations.

How long does an alteration take?

Your expert alteration will take between 7-10 days.

How long does custom clothing take?

Your custom made suits, shirts and ties will take around 4 weeks. Rush orders may be available at an extra cost.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination.

Do you hold trunk shows or other events?

Yes! To receive invitations to our special events and promotions, please sign up for our email list.

Do you guarantee your custom clothing?

Yes, alterations are free for up to six months. All seams, buttons, and zippers are guaranteed for a lifetime.

What is your return policy?

You cannot exchange or return any altered merchandise. Any merchandise (except altered or worn items) with a receipt may be returned within 7 days for a store credit, charge credit or mailed refund. If payment was made by cash or check, a refund will be mailed after a 14-day waiting period. A store credit is available for merchandise returned after 7 days. Custom made clothing is non-returnable or exchangeable.
